4.3 Clients and Partners

7. Reporting and addressing concerns

Any individual who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behaviour is encouraged to report it to grace.mosuro@aquaintzconsulting.co.uk. All reports will be handled confidentially and in accordance with our grievance procedures.

8. Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective, relevant, and aligned with best practices.
